What to expect:
Detroit is a vibrant city in America's Great Lakes Region. It is home to the Renaissance Center, a large complex of mixed usage buildings. It has many restaurants, stores, and other businesses, including the global headquarters of General Motors.
Why this destination is a traveler’s choice:
Detroit is an international city as it connects with Canada via the Ambassador Bridge. If you visit the Renaissance Center you can see the city of Windsor, across the Detroit River while enjoying a nice meal, or a nice desert in one of our student made restaurants.

What to expect:
Students made clay sculptures representing different interests, from Japan to France. I made my sculpture with a beret hat representing France.
Why this destination is a traveler’s choice:
Because you can see the different interpretations of how to make different Japanese Dolls. I ended up putting a hat on mine, and my Japanese doll ended up being French!

In India, there is a temple, It is called the Golden Temple. Its very big, and has a lot of detail.
Why this destination is a traveler’s choice:
The Temple is very cool and it's big enough to enter. The class is working really hard on building our own temple and we want people to come see it.

Learning about BC Place Stadium (Site of World Cup games) and new cultures and this destination is good for Soccer Fans.
