SUMMER MATTERS 2025 OVERVIEW

SCUSD is inviting TK-8 students to enjoy a summer of fun academic and enrichment activities with our FREE SummerMatters programs! Students from any school may apply to any of the 27 available sites based on their grade level.

Instruction by credentialed teachers for academic intervention TK-8

Middle school participants will engage in sports camps and academic enrichment activities

Academic & enrichment bridge program opportunities for incoming 9th graders

Structured learning experiences and special events

Physical play and exercise

Building positive relationships

Free breakfast and lunch served daily
Extended School Year (ESY) and High school options, including Summer at City Hall and credit recovery are available.
